Amidst all the depressing news coverage regarding immigration and the Trump administration’s zero-tolerance policy, here is a breath of fresh air. Just last month, the Sprudge Media network partnered up with several well-known coffee brands all across the US in order to start a fundraiser project for the Asylum Seekers Advocacy Project. Aptly named “Coffee For Families,” the project received some overwhelming support and now it has successfully raised $100,000 and still rising.

It seems that this is not yet a complete report because some partners are still tallying up their results. If you are interested, you can still donate to this project with a link included in this article.


Last month, over the weekend of June 22nd-24th, Sprudge Media Network banded together with a couple hundred of our favorite cafes and coffee brands across the United States in a fundraiser benefitting the Asylum Seekers Advocacy Project. We called the event Coffee For Families, and it’s part of the outpouring of support ASAP has received over the last few weeks.
